This curriculum provides options for different learning preferences. Some courses will take place in a physical studio, allowing for an immersive and interactive experience at my home away from home, Head Over Heels. Additionally, I'll be offering certain courses as Video-On-Demand content, providing the convenience of learning from anywhere at your own pace!

Pole Strength Essentials

Prepares the student for entry into Aerial Fitness. If you want to "get in shape" before trying Pole Fitness, this course was designed for you! No equipment required!

Acquaints the student with Beginner Pole knowledge including: Pole physics, Grips, Beginner Tricks, and Beginner Conditioning. Pole required.

Beginner Pole Fitness

Int/Adv Pole Fitness

Acquaints the student with Intermediate/Advanced Pole knowledge including: Pole physics, Grips, Beginner Tricks, and Beginner Conditioning. Pole required.

Pole Combos

Teaches the student numerous ways to link their moves together in longer sequences called "combinations." Pole required.
